T3: Cypress (dead/dying) - Fell to ground level. T4: Sycamore - Crown reduce over extended lateral branches by up to 2m. T5: Beech - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and greenhouse of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line boundary wall. T6: Hornbeam - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and greenhouse of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line of boundary wall. T7: Sycamore - Prune back lateral branches overhanging garden and green house of Colley House by up to 3m to inside line of boundary wall. T9: Holly - Fell to near ground level. T10: Holly - Fell to near ground level. T11: Holly (triple stemmed) - Create pollard just below large wound on left hand stem. Reduce right hand stem to be in line with left hand stem.

Tree specimens are Sycamores forming 15m high boundary between the properties 3 Old School Mews and Longmeadow. Sycamores to be reduced by 5m, overhanging branches to be cut back. The trees were previously reduced in height in 2020 and now needs work to maintain a manageable border of trees and improve light into house and garden and decrease damp risk in garages.

1 Ash tree on front right hand boundary. Fell to ground level. Causing damage to clients fence line and withing close proximity to the footings of clients house. Tree is situated where yellow circle is on the map I have attached.

Beech (T14) - Tree is located on rear boundary of Divots, 21 Massetts Road, Horley RH6 7DF. The south eastern aspect of the crown is overhanging and encroaching on the building at Wykeham House Care Home. Lateral limbs from crown on south eastern aspect to be pruned back by a maximum of 2 metres, leaving a finished spread on south eastern aspect of 6 metres.

T3 Laurel group rear LHS Remove Elder and dead stem within and shape to tidy by removing up to half a metre in height 4x1m and reduce laurel group 4x1.5m down to 3.5x1m. to allow light in to rear of property. Front garden left hand side. H1 - Lime hedge, trim all round to tidy; reduce height to previous reduction points. The trees are located in the front garden on the boundary line of School Hill. The works are regular maintenance works to maintain the trees at a suitable size for their location. To maintain the balance of the trees for future years; to reduce the extent of the encroachment from the highway of School Hill. Front of House: G2 - Creeper, prune to tidy; remove off the roof and clear from gutters and windows.
