Submission of fencing details pursuant to Conditon 2 of permission 22/01112/HHOLD. Retrospective - Garden landscaping works consisting of works including removal of large mound/tree stumps, levelling ground, change of levels, new lawn, new retaining wall with metal railings, new patio area and steps, new fencing/hedging and erection of timber shed.

Rowan : RHS rear garden behind shed - Fell to as close to ground level as possible and treat stump to inhibit regrowth. Holly : Rear garden RHS - Fell to as close to ground level as possible. Purple leaved Plum : rear boundary - Crown Reduction - Reducing the height and spread of the tree by up to 2 metres. All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth. Laburnam : rear garden LHS - Fell to as close to ground level as possible. Holly : rear garden LHS - Fell to as close to ground level as possible. Works required for further landscaping.
