Submission of Tree Protection Plan pursuant to Condition 4 of permission . At the rear corner of the property is three sheds that are being used to support the pool and garden inc a greenhouse. The greenhouse is to be moved and the summerhouse is to be removed along with the pool house which houses the filtration system etc. This area then to be reclaimed by the construction of a pool house and social area incorporating the maintenance side under one roof. This to be on a raft foundation and be block built with a 'K' render as shown on the plans and a pitched hipped roof in a style that reflects the main house. As amended on 19/08/2021.
