Retrospective non-material amendments that modify the external materials on the front facing gable wall and converts the former garage into a dining room.

We wish to make changes to the layout of the consented site plan. These changes include the inclusion of an underground LPG tank, which due to the installation requirements and regulations this has impacted the positioning of parking arrangements and garage outbuildings. In reference to condition no. 3, we wish to change the fascia and soffit to white uPVC from painted white timber. This will match the proposed uPVC windows.

The parapet wall detail will now be removed. A standard felt flat roof installed similar to the existing garage. Therefore the overall wall height originally proposed, will now be reduced to suit.

Change the roof of the garage from a hipped roof to a ridged roof.

Widen the extension by 225mm to line the existing garage externally rather than internally and convert the garage into habitable accommodation.

1. Amendment to the naming of the elevations - to address inconsistencies between planning drawing and working drawing. 2. Change garage door width from 2822mm to 3498mm.

To rotate the roof 90 degrees from the original drawings so the gable end is at the front and has the main roller shutter garage door underneath it.

Extend length of garage by 2.1 metres to rear

Reduced garage dimensions (6.8m length x 6.24m width x 3.05m height). Rotate roof by 90 degrees.
