Change to bathroom window at front elevation - reduction of 2 windows to a single larger window 1200 x 900; reduction in size of dormer windows at rear elevation so that new dormer is exact replica of existing dormer i.e. same size and without pitched roof; removal of one window in 'dog leg' part of extension (window that faced garden of number 20) and change size of single window facing the garden- window to be flat rather than protruding; Removal of lantern roof in this part; removal of window in roof that would have brought light in to the living room; removal of interior wall between living room and office- to bring light in.

Repositioning of the entrance doors to suit revised internal layouts. Opening windows have been added for the new office/reception spaces. Materials, roller shutters and glazing remain as approved.
