Variation of Condition 1 'Approved Plans' of planning permission 23/AP/0586: Replacement of existing rear extension; replacement of the roof of existing side extension; alterations to the fenestration on the side elevation; and the construction of a rear dormer roof extension. Variation sought: Omission of 2no of windows to the side elevation and 1no of rooflights; reduction of the dormer size; 2no of rooflights on the main roof to be retained as existing.

Non material amendment of planning permission 19/AP/5383: Retention of a 4 storey building with basement, and external alterations. Class A1 retail unit at ground floor with 6 flats (3 x 2 bed and 3 x studio) above. NMA sought: 650mm high parapet as indicated on the approved planning drawings is not possible and the best that can be achieved, given the concrete slab and roof finish build up, is 900mm. New drawing submitted shows the Corium brick slip parapet at 900mm instead of 650mm.

Non material amendment of planning permission 23/AP/2030 dated 21.09.2023: 'Construction of rear extension at the third-floor level, installation of glass structural roof lantern and external alterations including the creation of a roof terrace and replacement enlarged fenestration to the rear facade.' NMA sought: increase the width of the glass roof lantern to the eastern party wall and increase the overall height by 40mm.

Construction of first and second floor rear extension and creation of third floor within a new mansard roof, providing two new 1 bedroom flats with alterations to the existing residential dwelling.
