Construction of full length outrigger extension at 1st floor level. Construction of loft dormer extension over the main roof and outrigger (L-shaped with juliette balcony including 200mm ridge raise and insertion of 3no. roof lights). Construction of terrace to the rear of the outrigger at 2nd floor level.
