Variation of Condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 21/AP/2722 for 'Construction of a new rear dormer extension (to replace the existing)'. The amendment seeks the following: dormer is increased from 3250 to 3900 and to rebuild the conservatory in brickwork and windows and not to extend full depth to create a 900 balcony.

Construction of a rear dormer roof extension, raised ridge line to 200mm, removal of conservatory, insertion of bi-folding doors, new sash windows, relocation of external stairs and construction of a window seat beneath external stairs.
