Construction of a loft conversion on main roof with the erection of a front and rear dormer

Variation of condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission ref. no. 22/AP/2608: Construction of L- shaped loft extension, insertion of roof lights, three at the front and one at the rear, and a Juliet balcony. Minor amendment sought: for the erection of a rear left existing partition wall shared with no. 50 (instead of the dormer wall) behind the chimney stack and finish on a 300mm parapet wall over the property roof. Every particular feature or features of the existing approved plans and materials are to be retained.
