Non material amendment to planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/3794 [dated 20/01/2022] in relation to Canada Dock for 'Application for the approval of reserved matters (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale) in relation to Canada Dock and land adjacent to zone D pursuant to hybrid planning permission ref. 18/AP/1604 dated 29th May 2020, relating to the redevelopment of Canada Dock, including the re-grading and re-planting of the SINC, construction of a new boardwalk, construction of steps and accessible slopes along the southern edge and associated public realm, informal play space and landscape improvements'. Details of Condition 4 'Tree Planting' pursuant to planning permission 19/AP/0480: Redevelopment of vacant site to provide enhanced public open space and the construction of a 6 storey building to provide up to 10 affordable dwellings (4 x social rent, 6 x shared ownership).

Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Excavation works to create a lower patio level linking the new shed building to the main house and minor landscaping works to reform the front and rear gardens.

Non-material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 20/AP/0359: 'Construction of a six-storey building comprising 31 self-contained residential units (Use Class C3) (14 x 1-bed, 12 x 2-bed and 5 x 4-bed), hard and soft landscaping, communal amenity space, secure cycle storage, and other associated works.' to change internal layouts, external appearance, arboricultural method statement, and tree protection plan.

Non material amendments for planning application ref: 21/AP/1077 dated 29/01/2022 for: (demolition of existing community centre and the construction of three new buildings consisting of a 7 stories, 6 stories and 5 stories to provide a retail unit fronting onto Commercial Way, and provision of 83 new Council homes, alongside the provision of the existing community facilities on the site as well as new landscaped areas including MUGA and playspace). To allow: -Removal of 2 existing Lime trees and replacement planting and their replacement with five new trees (comprising 2 x Tilia Cordata 'Greenspire' 30-35cm 350L and 3 x Tilia Cordata 'Greenspire' 20-25cm 250L) as specified by the Council's Tree Officer.
