Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 21/AP/1235 dated 26/05/2021 for 'Conversion of lower ground floor garage to form habitable space at rear with reduced garage footprint to front. Associated external alterations to include: front replacement of lower ground floor shed door with secondary entrance door; like for like replacement of existing garage door; new bi-folding doors to rear; removal of existing rear steps to be replaced with new straight run staircase; and minor excavation works of rear garden to form landscaped entrance'. The amendment seeks the following: Lower ground floor rear wall proposed opening reduced in height and width with timber framed casement window with muntin bar details in lieu of bi-folding doors; reduced rear garden landscaping excavation with lightwell to suit smaller opening; brick pier and steps with brickwork to match existing in lieu of proposed straight run steel stairs; reduced changes to rear facade negate proposal for white render to lower ground floor, rear facade shall now be brickwork to match existing.

Non-material amendment following planning permission 22/AP/0381 (Construction of a ground floor rear extension and garage conversion; replacing existing garage doors with a windows to match the property; replacement of the existing windows to match existing; the installation of one new side facing ground floor window and door and cycle storage box within front garden) to remove flat roof overhand and chamfer ends of proposed flat roof to 45 degreed pitched roofs.

Details of Condition 6 - details of the timber sash windows proposed to replace the existing upvc windows required by planning permission dated 25/06/2021 [LBS Ref 21/AP/0990] for 'Demolition of garage to the rear, with ground, first floor and basement extension of the property to facilitate conversion from 2 x flats (1 x 1 bedroom 1 x 4 bedroom) into 4 x flats (2 x 2 bedroom 2 x 1 bedroom) with rear balcony to the first floor and full restoration of the front facade'.

Non material amendment to planning permission ref. 21/AP/2628 dated 20th October 2021 for 'Conversion of existing garage into habitable areas, ground floor rear extension and installation of 2no. velux windows in the roof slopes'. The amendment seeks the following: to move forward the front door by approximately 60cms, in order to create an useable foyer to the house.

Conversion of garage to provide additional residential accommodation for the existing ground floor flat. Garage door to be replaced by window and 1 new skylight added to garage roof.
