The proposal comprises the construction of three buildings ranging between 10 and 19 storeys in height (maximum height 66.8m AOD) comprising 222 residential units, 1,421.8 sqm (GEA) flexible retail, office, community and leisure (A1-A5/B1/D1/D2) uses, wheelchair accessible parking, cycle storage, servicing, plant areas, landscaping, new public realm, and other associated works, with a revised facade design, a revised ground floor layout, revised floorspace figures and a reduction in maximum height to those approved by reserved matters approval ref. 18/AP/1862 for Plot H11a). The proposed changes are to: Building C (tower) to change from a glazed balustrade to metal at level 18 and podium, the level 18 curtain wall and crown, and the PPC banding depth to all levels; to Buildings A and B mansion blocks their parapet design, window size reducation and pre-cast banding depth to all levels; and curtain wall configuation (including increasing the depth of louvres) across the plot.
