The proposed works relate to the existing Gas and Plumbing Building and include: - Internal reconfiguration, including partial demolition of existing internal walls to accommodate Animal Management facilities and gender-neutral toilet facilities - Works to the external envelope, including the overcladding of the existing brickwork walls with a combination of metal and timber cladding, in order to improve the thermal performance and visual appearance of the building - A new entrance canopy, accessible ramped access and automatic sliding glass entrance doors - Replacement of the existing windows with new PPC aluminium framed, double-glazed units and additional clerestorey windows to allow more natural light into the building - Replacement of the existing external doors with new PPC steel doors - Single storey flat roof extension to the rear of the building, to accommodate a bigger plant room - New secure fencing to accommodate external learning/teaching spaces for the animal management department

Demolition of a small single-storey store. Erection of two ground-floor single-storey extensions forming additional living space, under flat roofs. Insertion of a frameless wrap-around window. All extensions are separated from the more modern extensions of the original farmhouse structure.

Demolition of existing rear extension. Construction of single-storey rear extension. new rooflight to be installed within existing side lean to extension. Replacement of dummy garage door with new window to front elevation.

Non-material amendment (change of retaining wall structure from gabion wall to precast concrete blocks clad in natural stone) to planning permission ref. 20/00225/FUL - Demolition of existing side and rear extensions and chimney stack and construction of new single storey side extension and rear extensions. New external steps to front and side of property and new retaining wall to west facing boundary. External alterations including render to all elevations, addition/alteration of windows to front and side elevations, roof light to side elevation and formation of driveway to front/side of property (Resubmission of 19/00642/FUL)
