Screening Opinion from the Council under Regulation 6 (1) of the Environmental Impact Assessment Regulations 2017 ("the EIA Regulations"), to confirm whether or not there is a requirement for an Environmental Impact Assessment ("EIA") in respect of Redevelopment to create new film and TV studios, incorporating demolition, retention of 2no. existing sound stages, rehearsal building, backlot and ancillary offices on a permanent basis, construction of further new production facilities including 7 no. additional sound stages, workshops, ancillary offices and other production facilities, totalling @ 30,000 m2 of commercial floorspace, the use of Waterford House and Steading as ancillary accommodation, parking, landscaping and new vehicular access off Windsor Road.
