Variation (under Section 73) of conditions 2 (approved plans) and 3 (materials) to substitute those plans and materials approved under 21/01270/FULL for the construction of x6 dwellings with cycle and bin storage and alterations to existing vehicular and pedestrian access following demolition of existing dwellings.
