EIA Screening Opinion requested from the Council in accordance with Regulation 6 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017 (as amended) with regard to the proposed development to provide 220 new dwellings with associated parking and landscaping following demolition of the existing Manor House.

Application to confirm if the terms of the Planning Agreement dated 14th July 2016 relating to 15/03215/FULL for the construction of two detached dwellings following demolition of existing house, garage and outbuildings. Formation of two new accesses, closure of existing access and ancillary works have been complied with.

Variation (under Section 73) of condition 23 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 15/00846/FULL for erection of 10 x 3-bedroom, 2 x 2-bedroom apartments and 1 x 4-bedroom house with basement parking following demolition of 2 x existing dwellings.
