Variation (under Section 73) of Condition 18 to substitute those plans approved under 20/03102 for the Erection of 9 no. apartments with basement parking, cycle and bin stores following demolition of existing dwelling with amended plans.

Variation (under Section 73) of condition 23 (approved plans) to substitute those plans approved under 15/00846/FULL for erection of 10 x 3-bedroom, 2 x 2-bedroom apartments and 1 x 4-bedroom house with basement parking following demolition of 2 x existing dwellings.
