Application for non-material amendment to planning consent 190233 (25/10/19) to substitute the approved plans. Changes relate to Phase 1 (erection of a 45-bedroom care home) and include: 1. Alteration to Bin store layout, reduction in the number of external doors and additional louvres, 2. Change from brick to single ply to two small sections of roof where there is no support below for brickwork; and provision of flat roof sections and safety roof handrails; and 3. Conversion of a full-height window to a glazed door and sidelight at ground level and change of two fixed first floor windows to louvred windows.

Application for non-material amendment to planning consent 181499 to allow amendments to house types, driveway layouts, parking/garages and an improved turning head on the road to the southern side of the north-eastern parcel.

Application to vary condition 2 of Planning Permission 170883 for the proposed conversion of existing barns/outbuildings to 5no. dwellings involving a single storey extension to the rear of 2 outbuildings in connection with their conversion and the creation of an access off Warren House Road to serve a rear parking area. Condition 2 refers to the list of approved plans. The proposed variation relates to an amendment to the application site boundary in conjunction with repositioning the location of the visitor parking spaces and car port.
