Non material amendment of planning permission: 19/AP/1788: Variation of Condition 1 - Approved Plans - as required by planning permission 14/AP/3104 (Redevelopment of the site to include the demolition of all existing buildings (Use Class B2) and the excavation and removal of fuel tanks and associated supply lines and the construction of 12 dwellings (Use Class C3), 1 x 2 bed and 2 x 1 bed affordable dwellings, 1 x 3 bed house (affordable, wheelchair accessible dwelling), 4 x 4 bed houses and 4 x 5 bed houses with ancillary living accommodation and car parking at basement level accessed from Gilkes Place and landscaping.) Amendments sought: Increase height of parapet and coping stone to side flat roof areas to plots 4-11 and opaque glazed screen to plot 3 rear terrace.

Four structural elements are proposed to be demolished. These comprise of the two storey flat roof office addition constructed directly adjacent to the South East side of Beckminster House set around a paved courtyard with two link corridors to the original house. The second building comprises of a single story pitched roof Training Room building attached to the North West gable of Beckminster House, whilst the fourth and fifth structures comprise of individual single storey Stores located to the rear of the House. Whilst there will remain a further detached Training Room building within the rear grounds to the House it is intended that this shall form temporary accommodation for the chosen contractor during the course of the build works on site.

Proposed Change of use from day care center for adults with learning difficulties and autism and a 1x4 bed respite accommodation to a children's care home. Erection of a single storey side extension, removal of existing 4 no. roof lights and erection 2 no. dormer windows

Roofing and internal insulation of an existing walled courtyard, and the addition of glazing to provide additional internal accommodation. Removal of a window in the main house to provide access to new accommodation. The removal of a brick-built shed and the addition of an annex to the west of the walled courtyard provide living and bedroom accommodation. Removal of a small window in the north-west elevation of the main house and its replacement with a roof light.

Alterations and extensions including raising of roof of house with front & rear dormers & raising of roof of detached garage to provide ancillary accommodation home office space.

Householder application for the proposed erection of a single storey side extension, first floor rear extension, ground floor infill extension to the front, part garage conversion to create habitable accommodation, raising of roof to garage and house to accommodate higher insulation level, external insulation and associated cladding to entire dwelling, changes to fenestration, new parapet wall and railing to retained terrace, new external steps & pedestrian gate to rear garden.

Non material amendment to planning permission CA/18/00490/FUL for Proposed part two-storey and part three-storey 64 bed care home with accommodation in the roof together with associated landscaping, parking and access, to allow increase the height of the first-floor balcony balustrading from 1500mm to 1800mm from finished floor level.

Remove the flat roof over garage and replace with a pitch roof extending the line of the existing house to create additional living accommodation
