Non-material amendment of planning permission 22/AP/0149 - Construction for an outbuilding for the uses of office and gym and a swimming pool in the rear garden. NMA sought: The location of the garden studio (only) to be relocated by approximately 3.8 metres eastward from its original position.

Non material amendment to add in three additional benches of approved application 21/02382/FULM which allowed the demolition of existing building and construction of an industrial building for flexible use for light industrial (Class Egiii), general industrial (Class B2), and storage and distribution (Class B8) use with ancillary offices, provision of car parking, cycle storage, service yard, fencing and associated landscape planting and earthworks.

Non material amendment to alter sections of external cladding of approved application 22/00914/PRIORT which allowed the prior approval notification (Schedule 2, Part 20, Class AA) for construction of two storey upward extension to provide 28 residential units.

Non material amendment of planning permission 23/AP/0372: Installation of front garden entrance gate and railing. Part demolition of existing ground floor single storey extension. Construction of one storey and part two storey rear extension. Introduction of roof terrace to butterfly roof with roof alterations. NMA sought: Changes to the previously approved fenestration replacement from timber to heritage uPVC (front and rear). Changes to the previously approved roof terrace footprint dimensions, access hatch and balustrade.

Details of Condition 18 'Construction Details' pursuant to planning permission ref. 21/AP/0960: 'Minor material amendment to planning permission 19/AP/1173 (Construction of a seven storey extension to the rear (from ground to sixth floor- the ground floor being an under croft) and two additional storeys with terraces to the existing five storey building for the retention of A1 (retail) on the ground floor and increased B1 (office) floorspace on the upper floors to create a seven storey building across the footprint of the whole site.)
