Substitute those plans approved under planning permission 20/00914/FULL for single storey rear extensions with accommodation in the roof space, new front and rear raised patios with front entrance canopy, replacement of the existing roof incorporating hip to gable alterations with x6 dormers and x5 rooflights and alterations to fenestration, including relocation of the front entrance door, following demolition of the existing conservatory.

Condition 2 refers to approved details and the variation is to improve the entrance hallway.

Application to vary condition 2 of planning consent 210607 for the householder application for the proposed erection of a single storey rear extension with the insertion of 1 no. rooflight following demolition of existing conservatory, the erection of a first floor side extension to create habitable accommodation, associated roof alterations, alterations to porch canopy roof to form a hipped roof, plus changes to fenestration. Condition 2 refers to approved details and the variation is to extend the width of the side extension by 500mm.
