Approval of details reserved by Conditions 5 and 8 (land contamination and method of construction statement) of minor material amendment permission 20/0324/PMR (relating to erection of a part two storey, part single storey dwellinghouse with attached garage and access following the demolition of existing (former) nursery building and greenhouses to allow the provision of further (enclosed) accommodation, alterations to the materials palette, fenestration an internal layout as well as external landscaping alterations).

Application to vary conditions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of planning consent 202104 for the proposed change of use from offices to residential to create 4 no. flats � 1 no. one bedroom and 3 no. two bedroom - plus the erection of a single storey front extension to form a bin store, part conversion of existing garage to habitable accommodation and cycle storage, erection of privacy screen in rear courtyard and changes to fenestration.
