Variation of condition 1 (Approved Plans) pursuant to planning permission 19/3449/FUL dated 30/01/2020 for `Partial demolition of the existing building (use class C3) and construction of a part 4 storey (3 above ground), part 2 storey building with accommodation in the roof space and basement car parking, to provide an elderly care home (use class C2) with up to 96 units and associated communal areas, amenity space, refuse/ recycling storage and cycle storage.
