Application to vary condition 1 of planning consent 211975 for the proposed change of use of land from agricultural to equestrian plus erection of 2 no. stable buildings with associated hardstanding, the creation of a man�ge and extended vehicular access (part retrospective). Condition 1 refers to the approved details and the variation is to allow an increase the pitch of the roof of the approved stable buildings from 16 degrees to 30 degrees to allow for a clay tiled roof to match nearby buildings (part retrospective).
