Demolition of existing single-storey rear conservatory structure and construction of new single-storey rear orangery structure, first floor side extension, new front roof slope dormers, part garage conversion, plus associated internal and external alterations.

Submission of Tree Protection Plan and Arboricultural Method Statement details pursuant to Condition 3 of permission 21/00260/HHOLD. Demolition of existing side Conservatory; Construction of 2x new single-storey side extensions, new entrance porch, existing front bay window extended to first-floor, loft conversion, 3x front-facing dormer windows, 3x new rear-facing dormer windows, front and rear feature gable windows, rear first-floor balcony area, internal alterations and external landscaping works.

Variation of condition 1 (Approved plans) pursuant to planning permission 18/1363/S73 dated 03/05/2018 for 'Variation of condition 1 (Plans Numbers) pursuant to planning permission F/01397/12 dated 12/06/2012 for 'Extension to the time limit for implementing planning permission F/02063/09 granted 04/08/2009 for the erection of a two-storey dwelling house with rooms in basement and roof space, following demolition of the existing house.
