Non-material amendment to planning permission CA/18/01664/RES for Reserved Matters application for Phase 1 comprising 138 residential dwellings and associated works, landscaping, parking, open space and servicing, together with details of the extension to Duncan Down including landscaping, multi-use games area and allotments; to allow modifications to the external facade of the dwellings that were approved, removal of garages on plots 11, 32, 40 and 41, minor changes to the location of the sheds and patios to the rear of the houses and revised landscape plans have been produced to reflect the technical changes to the layout to accommodate the proposed services etc and minor changes to the layout.
