Part retrospective: Erection of fencing to the front boundary

S19 to vary condition 2 (Approved plans) of listed building consent 23/02281/LBC (Unification of Nos 4 and 6 Church Way into one single dwelling together with internal alterations, replacement of external chimney stack flashing with lead flashing. External works to remove boundary fence between No 4 and 6, removal of dilapidated sheds and erection of new single shed) to increase area of removed/replaced tile floor from just the Bathroom in No 6 to also include the adjacent Entrance Hall.

Householder application for the proposed alterations to the front garden to create a driveway and new vehicular access, erection of single storey rear outbuilding following the demolition of the existing detached garage plus the erection of new boundary fencing and associated landscaping (part-retrospective).

Erection of a rear raised patio area with associated steps. Associated boundary fencing / walls incorporating a walled and roofed structure (shed) and a canopy enclosure on the rear patio. Full application for the proposed change of use of the existing building to a mixed use including use classes B2, B8 and E(g), creation of additional hardstanding and internal and external refurbishments to include installation of drainage, a dock leveller ramp, 2 no. additional vehicle doors, 6 no. EV charging stations and 286 no. roof-mounted PV panels, plus erection of boundary fencing and access gates, following demolition of an existing two storey side element, generator housing and removal of an external stairway to the rear.

Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Plans) of approved application 20/02191/HH granted 13.04.2021 for: Erection of a garage and boundary wall. Variation would allow:-the boundary wall design to have a brick base and piers with close board fencing.

Variation (under Section 73) of condition (20) to substitute those plans approved under (17/02643) for the construction of x1 detached dwelling, gatehouse, garage and associated works including removal of spoil from the site and the erection of a boundary fence and entrance gate with amended plans.

Discharge of conditions 8, 10 & 11 of DC/20/4411/FUL - Demolition of existing dwelling. Erection of new 3-bedroom replacement single-storey dwelling with detached double cartlodge, new boundary fencing and alterations to existing driveway.
