Non-material amendment to planning permission 20/AP/1585 (Demolition and rebuilding of existing single-storey residential annex with additional first floor extension, erection of 2-storey side extension with accommodation at roof level served by front and rear dormer windows in place of existing garage, and provision of new screening on roof terrace facing school.) Changes proposed is to regularise approved boundary wall alignment by 200mm (B7 on plan) projection towards the school and boundary wall set back from tree (B1 on plan) by 150mm.

Change of use from residential care home (Use class C2) to single dwelling (Use class C3), alterations to the vehicular access, extensions & alterations, erection of detached garage, erection of retaining walls and removal of trees to the western boundary.
