Variation of condition 2 (Approved drawings) in relation to CHE/20/00078/FUL Demolition of existing public house and residential development of 12 two-bedroom dormer bungalows - to amend the boundaries of the plots, boundary treatments, the bin store, fencing, landcaping and parking arrangements.

Amended Scheme - Change of use of land to use as a residential caravan site for gypsy/traveller family, involving removal of one existing stable and siting of one new static caravan/mobile home on existing hardstanding, and retention of the existing bungalow as day room/amenity building.

Revised scheme - demolition of existing residential care home and erection of 3 x three bedroom bungalows

Pre application advice for the demolition of most of the low quality existing buildings built in the 1960s on site, whilst retaining the original Georgian element of the Trengweath Hospital and Trengweath Cottage situated to the east of the site. The proposed development would provide 28 residential units, comprising a mix of 8 x 3 bed houses, 10 x 2 bed houses, 4 x 2 bed bungalows, 2 x 1 bed bungalows and 4 x 1 bed apartments. The retained element of the hospital building would be developed for use as 4 no. apartments and Trengweath Cottage would be retained for use as a 2 bed house.
