Non material amendment of planning permission ref. no. 23/AP/1984 dated 28/09/2023 for 'Raising of the existing outrigger roof by approx. 1050mm, to provide additional floorspace on the Second Floor. The amendment seeks the following: - The height of the raised roof ridge of the rear outrigger to be reduced to 0.85m above the existing - The new sash window to the rear of the two-storey outrigger to be reduced in proportion - The two new rear rooflights are to be conservation-type rooflights with a dividing vertical glazing bar - The height of the rear dormer is to be reduced to 2.6m from base to the ridge - The zinc cladding of the dormer is to be dark grey.

Part-retrospective application for the remodelling of the existing dwellinghouse comprising the erection of single-storey rear extension and first floor front extension; alterations to fenestration; and roof alterations including raising of ridge height, creation of front gable ends and side-facing Sussex hips, installation of 1no front and 2no rear dormer windows, and 2no rear rooflights; with associated alterations, as approved under permission BH2021/04282, without adherence to conditions 1 or 5 of said application, to permit amendments to the design of the rear extension, front porch and fenestration, and confirm tree protection measures.
