Details of Condition 4. Tree protection as required by planning permission 22/AP/2987 dated 25/11/2022 for construction of a single storey rear extension with integrated canopy. Demolition of the existing shed and construction of a new shed building and bike store to the side. Facade alterations to replace the existing windows and cladding. Renovation of the existing porch/garage to include a new roof, cladding and glazing. Installation of two rooflights to the rear roof slope. Boundary alterations to continue the existing hit and miss brick wall. Submission of details relating to tree protection measures pursuant to condition 5 of planning permission DA/17/02104/FUL for demolition of the existing house, sheds, gazebo and garage and erection of a detached 5 bedroom dwelling

T1) - Reduce height and spread by 1-2m, reducing back any overhanging branches encroaching towards neighbouring garden as pushing up against fence causing possible future damage. 1 x Leyland Cypress (applicants ref. T2) - Reduce height down by 1.5-2m to reduce sail and prevent risk from uprooting. From recent high winds the neighbouring house is afraid the tree will shed large limbs onto the property causing serious damage. Trim sides to shape.

All pruning cuts shall be made to suitable secondary growth points and shall maintain a stable platform for the expected regrowth 4x4m down to 3x3m Growing close to listed wall, works to prevent further repairs to wall. T8 Apple Crown Reduction - Reducing the height of the tree by up to 1 metres and lateral spread by 2 metres. Submission of Tree Protection Plan pursuant to Condition 4 of permission . At the rear corner of the property is three sheds that are being used to support the pool and garden inc a greenhouse. The greenhouse is to be moved and the summerhouse is to be removed along with the pool house which houses the filtration system etc. This area then to be reclaimed by the construction of a pool house and social area incorporating the maintenance side under one roof. This to be on a raft foundation and be block built with a 'K' render as shown on the plans and a pitched hipped roof in a style that reflects the main house. As amended on 19/08/2021.
