Variation of conditions 2 (approved drawings), 14 (demolition drawings) and 17 (doors and windows materials) of planning permission ref: 2019/00419/VAR granted 9th April 2019 for the 'Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings); and variation of condition 17 (doors and windows materials) of planning permission ref: 2016/00713/VAR granted 13th April 2016 to allow the lower ground floor windows to be aluminium framed, and replacement of a window at lower ground and a window at ground floor level in the north east elevation to be replaced with doors and windows.'
