Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2022/03436/FUL granted 1st March 2023 for the 'Erection of a hip to gable roof extension including an enlarged dormer window in the rear roofslope following the removal of existing side and rear dormer windows; erection of a single storey rear and side extension following the demolition of the existing outbuilding; installation of 2no rooflights in the front roofslope; replacement of the existing windows with new windows to the side elevation at ground floor level'. Amendments to include alterations to the design and size of the rear dormer roof extension.

Removal of conditions 11, 12 and 13 of the planning permission reference: 2014/00526/FUL dated 7th April 2014 for the 'Change of use of ground floor from restaurant (Class A3) into a one bedroom selfcontained residential flat (Class C3); associated external alterations including the erection of a single storey rear extension to the side and rear of the existing back addition following partial demolition of existing back addition; installation of a new window to the rear elevation and to the side of rear back addition at ground floor level; alterations to existing shopfront to include installation of new windows and entrance door to replace the existing at ground floor level,' to allow the occupiers of the ground floor flat to apply for a parking permit.

Variation of conditions 18 and 19 of planning permission ref: 2009/00583/FUL granted 29th March 2010 for the 'Part demolition (west extension) of the existing church building and redevelopment of that part of the site in the form of a five-storey building comprising 10 self-contained residential units, with associated cycle storage and landscaping; alterations to the remaining church building, including the installation of rooflights in the north and south roof slopes, the repositioning of the existing entrance and the removal of the associated steps and dwarf wall (north elevation), installation of a new entrance and the rebuilding/repositioning of the lych gate, the repositioning of existing stained glass window and the installation of an access ramp (south elevation)' to allow the occupier of Flat 3, Jubilee Mansions to apply for street parking permit.

Removal of Condition 12 of planning permission reference: 2017/02530/FUL dated 13th September 2017 for the "Change of use of the front part of ground floor level from restaurant (Class A3) into retail (Class A1); change of use of the basement and rear part of ground floor level from restaurant (Class A3) into a three bedroom self-contained residential flat (Class C3); erection of a rear roof extension; erection of a rear extension at third floor level, on top of the existing back addition; installation of 3no rooflights in the front roofslope; further excavation of the existing basement, erection of rear extensions at basement and ground floor level including the formation of new rear lightwells following the demolition of existing ground floor back addition and outbuilding; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level at the rear of the property; installation of new windows to replace the existing windows and door at the rear elevation of the building; alterations to existing shopfront to include the installation of two new entrance doors; conversion of the first, second and third floor level to provide 1 x one bedroom and 1 x three bedroom self-contained flats", to allow the occupiers of 2no. residential units and 1no. retail unit to be entitled to a car parking permit from the Council to park upon the public highway within the local controlled parking zone.

Variation of Conditions 2 (drawing nos.) and 3 (brickwork) of planning permission reference: 2019/01111/FUL dated 4th July 2019 for the "Erection of a front and side roof extensions including an extension on top of the main roof; excavation of front and side gardens to form lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement in connection with the provision of 2 x self-contained studio flats and 1 x two bedroom self-contained flat; installation of new entrance door with steps and surround to replace the existing window, installation of a new window to replace the existing entrance door, step and surround at ground floor level to the front elevation." Amendments sought include: Demolition and rebuild of previously existing building; alterations to the colour of the facing brickwork; changes to the design, opening style and material of all fenestration and the main entrance door; a new brick boundary wall; increased overall height of the building and changes to the proportions and form of the mansard roof.
