Removal of conditions 4 and 5 of planning permission ref: 2015/05526/FUL granted 17th March 2016 for the 'Change of use from Class (D1) Childrens Day Nursery to a single dwelling house Class (C3)' to allow the occupiers of the residential unit to apply for on-street parking permits.

Submission of full details of refuse and recycling storage facilities for the residential dwelling, pursuant to Condition 5; and details of particulars and samples of materials to be used in all external faces of the new building (which shall include details of the bonding and pointing of the external facing brickwork) and details of all paving and external hard surfaces, boundary walls, railings, gates, fences and other means of enclosure, pursuant to Condition 16 of planning permission reference: 2016/04696/FUL dated 7th March 2017.
