Variation of condition 7 (materials) relating to application 19/01732/ADP - The materials to be used in the development shall be as shown on amended drawing no. Removal of conditions 15 and 17 of planning permission ref: 2016/03106/FUL granted 13th September 2016 for the 'Installation of a new window to replace the existing window at first floor level to the rear elevation; demolition of part of existing rear ground floor extension and erection of a single storey rear extension to the side of the existing back addition; alterations to the rear fenestration and to the roof of single storey back addition; extension to front lightwell and installation of set of double doors to front lightwell at lower ground floor level; conversion of the single family dwellinghouse into 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats' to allow the occupier of first and second floor flat (Flat B) to apply for street parking permit.
