The development shall be carried out using the approved materials. For the avoidance of doubt this does not include the use of grey weatherboarding.

(Amended Scheme) - variation of Condition 1 of planning permission 17/01488/ADP - To vary the plans relating the public open space - as specified in approved non-material amendment application 17/B1488/NON. To supersede the approved plans submitted in respect of and listed at condition 1, and replace with new versions.
