Removal of conditions 16, 17 and 18 of planning permission ref: 2014/06120/FUL granted 31st March 2015 for the 'Excavation of the front garden to form two lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement; erection of a new boundary wall to front elevation facing Petley Road; alterations to existing single storey back addition including rebuilding parapet, alterations to fenestration of side elevation fronting Petley Road and installation of 2 rooflights to roof; in connection with the change of use of ground floor from retail (Class A1) to a two bedroom self-contained residential unit at ground and basement levels' to allow the occupiers to apply for street parking permits.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) and Condition 35 (composition of ground floor) and removal of Condition 33 (hours of opening for the A1 unit) of planning permission reference: 2018/02776/FUL dated 26th July for "Change of use of building from offices (Class B1) with mixed commercial units on the ground floor into a hotel (Class C1) with commercial use on the ground floor; recladding of whole building to all elevations; erection of a two-storey roof extension; erection of a ground floor infill extension to the front elevation; and associated highways works". Amendments sought are alterations to the layout of the approved ground floor with a reconfiguration of the reception area of the hotel and removal of the A1 coffee shop unit; and associated alterations to the shopfront to remove the entrance doors to the A1 unit.
