Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2020/01862/FUL granted 8th October 2020 for the 'Demolition of the existing building and erection of a replacement part one, part three and part four storey single family dwellinghouse together with a roof terrace at upper ground floor level to the rear elevation' to allow the installation of solar panels above the main roof and above the roof of second floor rear back addition.

Removal of conditions 8 and 10 of planning permission ref: 2013/01396/FUL granted 18th June 2013 for the 'Conversion of existing maisonette at first and second floor levels into 1no. 2 bedroom flat and 1no. 3 bedroom flat; erection of an additional floor at roof level; formation of terrace over part of the flat roof at roof level; demolition of single storey outbuilding in rear garden' to allow the occupier of the first floor flat to apply for street parking permit.

Variation of condition 2 of planning application ref: 2017/04166/FUL of which appeal ref: APP/H5390/W/18/3205567 granted 26th November 2018 for the 'Demolition of former car parking garage in residential use and erection of a single storey plus-basement building to provide a two storey single family dwellinghouse.' Amendments to the roof of single storey rear extension to include the installation of 2no flat rooflights in place of 1no rooflight.

Removal of conditions 3 and 4 of planning permission ref: 2008/01618/FUL granted 7th July 2008 for the 'Change of use of ground floor from shop (Class A1) to office (Class B1); conversion of the first and second floors to two self contained 2 bedroom flats; demolition of existing rear carport; erection of a two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level to provide additional accommodation to first floor flat and storage at ground floor level; erection of trellis around flat roof of new car port at first floor level in connection with its use as a terrace' to allow the occupier of the second floor flat to apply for street parking permit.

Variation of Condition 2 (approved drawings) to provide material amendments to planning permission reference: 2020/01354/FUL dated 30th September 2020 for the "Change of use from a youth club to a mixed use development of classes B1(a) and C3(a) creating 2no. new office spaces and 3no. new dwellinghouses; demolition of existing lean-to extensions; partial demolition of external walls; reinstatement of original window openings; erection of new single storey side extensions; erection of metal clad dormer extensions and installation new rooflights in the existing roof." Amendments comprise changing the timings of when the relevant details for these conditions are required to be submitted for approval. Proposals also include carving out landscaping works from some conditions to allow landscaping works to commence without having to discharge these conditions.
