Variation of Conditions 2 and 9 of planning permission Ref.2019/01863/FUL granted 25th September 2019 for 'Erection of rear extensions at ground, first, second and third floor level; erection of a single storey extension to the side of the main building; replacement of existing dormer window with a new dormer window in the rear roof slope; formation of a roof terrace at first floor level to the rear elevation; alterations to external fenestration to include the replacement of existing windows with new windows; installation of railings on top of front boundary wall and automatic vehicle entrance gates to the front; formation of refuse storage and cycle storage in the front garden; associated landscaping and external alterations'. This application seeks to vary conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 9 (obscured windows) to allow minor material amendments to the approved scheme including alterations to the size and position of rooflights over the single storey rear extension; the size and position of windows in the north, south and west elevations; alterations to the screening and balustrade enclosing the first floor roof terrace; and the installation of a new roof light in the north elevation of the extension at second floor level.

Variation of Condition 2 to allow material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference:: 2016/05511/FUL dated 22nd December 2016 for the "Demolition of the existing building; erection of a part one, part three storey building plus-basement building to provide 2 x one bedroom and 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; formation of balconies and a roof terrace at first floor level; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level; associated landscaping." The amendments sought are alterations to include additional of rooflights to the main roof level, alterations to the extension on top of the back addition, the installation of sun pipes adjacent to each lightwell at ground floor level and removal of chimney stack at roof level, installation of boiler flue pipes, raising the height of party wall, change the staircase design, minor internal alteration to the layout, provision of addition cycle storage space at ground floor level and addition of gates to front boundary wall facing Muster Road.
