Variation of conditions 2 (approved drawings), 14 (demolition drawings) and 17 (doors and windows materials) of planning permission ref: 2019/00419/VAR granted 9th April 2019 for the 'Variation of condition 2 (approved drawings); and variation of condition 17 (doors and windows materials) of planning permission ref: 2016/00713/VAR granted 13th April 2016 to allow the lower ground floor windows to be aluminium framed, and replacement of a window at lower ground and a window at ground floor level in the north east elevation to be replaced with doors and windows.' Amendments sought are alterations to the south elevation to ensure symmetry from Margravine Road and better retain the existing form of this elevation's roof line, alterations to external steps, replace demolition plans to enable buildability of the loft and internal wall arrangements, alter the wording of condition 17 to read as follows 'The new and replaced doors and window frames hereby approved shall be timber frame construction, with the exception of the lower ground and ground floor doors with four vertical panes only in the north east elevation which shall be either timber or aluminium framed.'

Submission of details of building contract and written notice of the start date for the demolition process pursuant to condition 3; temporary fencing pursuant to condition 4; Demolition Management Plan and a Demolition Logistics Plan pursuant to condition 6; Construction Management Plan and Construction Logistics Plan pursuant to condition 7; samples of all external materials pursuant to condition 8; drawings in plan, section and elevation pursuant to condition 9; all external ground and flat roof surfaces pursuant to condition 10; all proposed external lighting, including security lights, and the use shall not commence until the lighting pursuant to condition 11; proposed landscaping of the site, including planting schedules and details of the species, height and maturity of existing and new trees and shrubs pursuant to condition 17; site investigation scheme pursuant to condition 41 of planning permission ref: 2017/01128/FUL granted 23rd March 2018.
