Variation of condition 2 (Approved Drawings) to allow minor material amendments to planning permission ref: 2021/04138/FUL granted 31st May 2022, as amended by 2023/00129/NMAT, for the 'Change of use of part of ground floor and basement from retail (Class E) into 1no. self-contained flat (Class C3); erection of rear extensions at third floor (pod) and first floor levels in connection with the conversion of first, second and third floor level into 2no. self-contained flats; installation of 3no rooflights in the front roofslope and 1no rooflight above the main flat roof at roof level; replacement of existing windows with new windows to the side and rear of first and second floor back additions; replacement of existing dormer window with a new dormer window in the rear roofslope; alterations and increasing the roof of second floor rear back addition; formation of a replacement roof terrace at first floor level to the rear elevation; demolition of part of ground floor and basement floor level including the installation of new window openings and formation of a central courtyard at ground floor level, installation of glazed doors and a window at basement level; alterations to the roof of ground floor rear back addition to include the installation of 3no rooflights; installation of screening fence at ground floor level to the rear elevation.' Variation of Conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 33 (bedroom numbers) of planning permission reference: 2017/01941/FUL dated 16th October 2017 as amended by 2020/02787/NMAT for the "Demolition of the existing buildings and erection of a new three storey building (4 storey to the rear) for retail use (Class E) on the ground floor and five self-contained residential units on the first, second and third floors". Amendments sought include:- changes to the layout and number of bedrooms within the flats; omission of the passenger lift; relocation of cycle and bin stores at ground floor level; relocation of main residential stairwell; new fire escape stairwell between ground and basement floors; changes to external materials to the front, rear and side elevations; change to size and finish of rear balcony doors; amendments to the design of the roof to incorporate a step accommodating the height difference between the front and rear parts of the building; removal of rear access to ground floor commercial space.

Variation of conditions 7, 8 and 9 of planning permission ref: 2014/00523/FUL granted 14th April 2014 for the 'Conversion of single dwelling house into 2x one-bed flats and 1x two-bed maisonette, demolition of existing boiler room and upper ground floor rear extension, erection of a three storey rear extension at lower ground floor, upper ground floor and first floor levels, replacement of roof covering to main house.' Amendments to allow the occupiers of the lower ground floor flat to apply for street parking permits (amended development description).

Variation of condition 2 of planning permission ref: 2019/00236/FUL granted 28th March 2019 for the 'Demolition of existing building except for the basement and erection of a part three storey, part four-storey building with a hot-food and takeaway (Class A5) on the ground floor and 5 studio flats on the upper floors' to allow alterations to the roof and installation of photovoltaic panels above the roof of flat no.5.

Variation of Condition 2 to allow material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference:: 2016/05511/FUL dated 22nd December 2016 for the "Demolition of the existing building; erection of a part one, part three storey building plus-basement building to provide 2 x one bedroom and 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; formation of balconies and a roof terrace at first floor level; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level; associated landscaping." The amendments sought are alterations to include additional of rooflights to the main roof level, alterations to the extension on top of the back addition, the installation of sun pipes adjacent to each lightwell at ground floor level and removal of chimney stack at roof level, installation of boiler flue pipes, raising the height of party wall, change the staircase design, minor internal alteration to the layout, provision of addition cycle storage space at ground floor level and addition of gates to front boundary wall facing Muster Road.

Variation of Condition 12 (Parking Permit Restriction) of planning permission reference: 2018/02437/FUL dated 07/11/2018 for the "Installation of a new door and window to replace the existing window to main rear roof extension; alterations to part of the roof of back addition to incorporate a flat roof and the erection of a 1.7m privacy screen at second floor level in connection with its use as a terrace; installation of a new rooflight in the front roofslope and above the main flat roof at roof level; installation of a new window to replace the existing door and window at first floor level to the rear elevation; partial demolition and alterations to the roof of the single storey back addition and installation of new bi-folding doors to the rear elevation; formation of a bin store at the rear of the property; conversion of the existing dwellinghouse into 2 x 2 bedroom self-contained flats." Amendment sought is the alteration to the parking permit restriction from Flat B to Flat A (Flat 2 to Flat 1 as per official postal addresses now allocated for the properties).

Variation of Conditions 2 (drawing nos.) and 3 (brickwork) of planning permission reference: 2019/01111/FUL dated 4th July 2019 for the "Erection of a front and side roof extensions including an extension on top of the main roof; excavation of front and side gardens to form lightwells in connection with the creation of a new basement in connection with the provision of 2 x self-contained studio flats and 1 x two bedroom self-contained flat; installation of new entrance door with steps and surround to replace the existing window, installation of a new window to replace the existing entrance door, step and surround at ground floor level to the front elevation." Amendments sought include: Demolition and rebuild of previously existing building; alterations to the colour of the facing brickwork; changes to the design, opening style and material of all fenestration and the main entrance door; a new brick boundary wall; increased overall height of the building and changes to the proportions and form of the mansard roof.
