Outline application (Acess only) for demolition of existing commercial/agricultural buildings and construction of new office/light industrial workshops (B1) and 53 dwellings, including new site entrance and A26 right turn lane

Outline application with all matters reserved except Access for Plots 1A-C (Class Eb food and drink / Class C1 hotel / Sui Generis public house) and Plots 2 and 3 (Class Eg office /research and development /industrial process and ancillary storage and distribution (Class B8)) access, parking, drainage, landscaping and associated works.
