Removal of conditions 3 and 4 of planning permission ref: 2008/01618/FUL granted 7th July 2008 for the 'Change of use of ground floor from shop (Class A1) to office (Class B1); conversion of the first and second floors to two self contained 2 bedroom flats; demolition of existing rear carport; erection of a two storey rear extension at ground and first floor level to provide additional accommodation to first floor flat and storage at ground floor level; erection of trellis around flat roof of new car port at first floor level in connection with its use as a terrace' to allow the occupier of the second floor flat to apply for street parking permit.
