Variation of Condition 2 to allow material amendments to the approved drawings of planning permission reference:: 2016/05511/FUL dated 22nd December 2016 for the "Demolition of the existing building; erection of a part one, part three storey building plus-basement building to provide 2 x one bedroom and 2 x two bedroom self-contained flats; formation of balconies and a roof terrace at first floor level; erection of an external staircase from basement to ground floor level; associated landscaping."
