Steel framed portal building being, 10m wide (outside of steelwork) x24m long on centres, in 4 no. 6.m bay increments, and 5.5m to eaves. 15 % roof pitch giving 6.840m to ridge. Includes recycled aggregate hardstanding to facilitate access to building, constructed of recycled concrete sub-base and recycled asphalt top. Concrete apron to unclassified road to be included with access works. 4 no, roller shutter doors to be fitted to the southern aspect with 1 no pedestrian door to the SE corner. Southern portion of roof to be suitable to take solar panel array, for supply of building for agricultural purposes and export to Corner Bungalow house.

Livestock bulding: Agricultural building. BS 5502-Class 2. 30x12m proposed mono-pitch with a total height of 7.8m and eaves height of 5.2m. Pre-cast concrete panels at base of building to 1.8m high, with open Yorkshire boarding to eaves. Southern aspect of building open for 4/5 6m bays with eastern most bay enclosed with cladding as above. Building will be constructed to standards able to accept solar panel array on roof. Hardstanding: Included proposal for recycled aggregate hardstanding between unclassified road Butchers Lane and building to facilitate access in winter months, shown on plans alongside building, constructed of recycled concrete sub-base and recycled asphalt top, concrete apron to unclassified road to be included in access works. Rainwater harvesting equipment pad: Additional small concrete pad to west of building will house rainwater harvesting tanks, of black plastic construction 3.5mx3.5m cylinders shown on detail plan. Utility building: 4x5m grey blockwork construction mono-pitched building, 2.4m to low eaves and 15% roof pitch, insulated for condensation control with single pedestrian access to east, to north of livestock building suitable to house water distribution infrastructure to support livestock operation as well as electricity infrastructure to support solar panel deployment to roof of livestock building.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Existing rear extension to be removed. New 6x4.5 metre extension to be built. Both windows and doors to be in UPVC in keeping with existing building. Flat rubber roof with skylight window. The walls will consist of brick and block also in keeping with existing building. The build will adhere to building regulations as mentioned.

Prior Approval Larger Home Extension - 3200mm wide x 4000mm projection single story extension, with full height brick wall to neighbours side and white upvc frames to front and garage side. The roof will be hipped 4 ways, with ridge to centre.

Prior Notification (Householder) - The proposed work is for a single-storey extension, removing the existing conservatory, to add 2 additional bedrooms. Approximate size of the extension is 8.17 meters x 5.8 meters. The extension will have a Hip style roof to ensure minimum impact on light reduction to the neighbouring properties, the height of the extension does not exceed the current height of the main property. In addition to this work, the current porch will also be renovated, to include new roof, windows, door and fully insulate it.
