This application seeks permission for a steel portal frame agricultural storage shed on unproductive agricultural land. The modern agricultural shed is to be used for machinery, fodder and straw storage as their rural business continues to expand and they require extra facilities on this block of land that is now separate from the main holding. The land currently has planning permission granted through permitted development for a smaller agricultural storage shed on the same site, but this has not and will not be utilised.
