T5 - Alder: Remove two limbs encroaching on the fence back to the main stem. The tree is approximately 14 metres tall, removal of 1 metre to bring the overall height down to 13 metres tall.

1. Partial removal of eastern low boundary brick wall to allow access from the private driveway to the front of the house. Including removal of foliage, bushes and 1 x tree. Create a parking area of 7m x 7m at the front of the property. 2. Increase the height of the existing eastern boundary wall/install new as required to provide a continuous, secure perimeter separating the house and garden from our driveway, approx 20m in total.
