Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be flat roof. The existing conservatory will be removed which is 3 x 3m. The new extension will be 6m depth 2.4 high. I have attached drawings and photos. All new building will be the same materials as bungalow.

Prior notification for the removal of the existing conservatory and erection of a single storey flat-roof rear orangery. The proposed extension would extend 3.45 metres beyond the original rear wall, have a height to the eaves of 2.7 metres and a height to the ridge of 3.2 metres.
