Prior Notification (Householder) - The proposed work is for a single-storey extension, removing the existing conservatory, to add 2 additional bedrooms. Approximate size of the extension is 8.17 meters x 5.8 meters. The extension will have a Hip style roof to ensure minimum impact on light reduction to the neighbouring properties, the height of the extension does not exceed the current height of the main property. In addition to this work, the current porch will also be renovated, to include new roof, windows, door and fully insulate it.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Demolish the current Conservatory and build a brick room, knock through current kitchen and dining room to make a large kitchen/diner, social area. The extension will not come out further than the 4.04 m conservatory but will be wider than the current conservatory to a maximum 5.4 metres (currently 3.5m) Also current garage to be built into a playroom. Window to replace the garage door. Window will match the current lounge window making the property look symetrical from the road.

Prior Notification (Householder) - Removal of existing small porch and replace with a 3m wide by 4m long extension to kitchen. The wall that borders neighbour at No 15 would be entirely brick, away from property would be part brick and part glazed with remaining side the same with patio doors. This would function as a dining room/kitchen extension as solid roof- either flat or tiled (TBD), removal of existing door/window currently in place between kitchen/conservatory/porch. Planning for tiled roof with funds/timeline permitting.
