Prior Notification (Householder) - The extension will be off the rear of existing lounge/diner and adjoining garage. A small existing extension to the garage will be dismantled so the whole new extension will be from the house line. The complete extension will be 5m x 5m and will contain a new kitchen a dining area and a utility area extending into the existing garage which will be partitioned off. Access.will be from the house by removing existing tilt and slide patio doors, new french doors will be fitted to allow access to the garden.
